Rhonda is a Consultant/Project Administrator with many years in the industries of finance, insurance, and sales. She enjoys learning and is continuing her education both in her personal life and in her professional life as well. When she isn’t working, she can be found crocheting for her grand-baby or seeking out ways to help mentor others. Her strong desire to do for others keeps her motivated and she strives daily to pass on her smile and love of life to everyone she meets. Oscar has a 20 year track record in Facility Maintenance including building maintenance and grounds, Director, Operation and Facilities. His past experience and knowledge of system and methods relating to budget, maintenance and operations, energy management, deferred maintenance and building construction is an asset to KCMI.
He also has a solid ethical background with a professional commitment and responsibility as well as an excellent attitude to deal with people, a highly communicative outlook, enhanced leadership skills and adaptability to changing situations. He is skilled at working in a team, he is persistent and always poised to get the best results.
